Perspectives On The “POETIC LANGUAGE OF JAZZ IMPROVISATION” is a weekly Zoom forum in which Juilliard professor of Jazz Studies Mark Sherman discusses how to maximize your practice regimens to get the max benefit, with language elements, and how to apply it. Sherman will introduce a new element to his methodology to grow your linear and harmonic language palette each week. Following 20-25 minutes with Mark, a special guests will attend sessions each week to present their method and approach. Finishing with Q+A throughout.
