Material Defect

Miles High Records will replace any Compact Disc (CD) with a manufacturing defect in the CD itself, or replace any audio file with a defect with a clean download.

This does NOT include physical damages to the exterior of a CD, including, but not limited to: Pits; scratching; or warping. There is no warranty on the packaging, nor on any inserts. CD must be returned, at your cost.
